"O hotel está localizado em uma área cheia de moradores de rua e com sensação de perigosa.
O hotel imediatamente do lado, que é para onde sua janela está apontada, teve som alto, brigas e polícia em dois dias da minha hospedagem. Além disso, o elevador esteve quebrado em mais da metade do tempo que fiquei, inclusive no meu check out, me obrigando a descer escadas com malas de mais de 20kg. Infelizmente, não recomendo este local."

"It was a quick trip for me- just an overnight but the hotel was pretty nice for a quick visit! Room was very clean and very quiet, the staff was wonderful- very kind and did a great job assisting me with patience and kindness. Breakfast was fresh, hot and a great variety! I'll stay here again when passing through Austin!"

"I assumed that when I booked a hotel that is part of a franchise, it was subject to certain standards set forth by the Online Booking site and the Hotel Chain Corporation. Obviously, I was mistaken. This is one of the filthiest properties that I have had the misfortune to stay at. Online hotel booking sites should vet the hotels they book. The hotels often misrepresent their properties by posting photos and descriptions that do not reflect the property's current condition.
