"The property is awesome and the pool and facilities are fantastic. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed but we found the set up a little different with the sink at the end of hallway. It is shown in the photos but just felt a bit peculiar in real life, can’t really explain why! E loved the rest of the apartment though and the beds are super comfy."

"Really lovely and unique little hotel in Ipoh. Loved the chilled Bali vibe (and vast selection of Balinese and Western breakfast choices!) We had the room with outdoor deck and koi pond. You do get mosquitos but can ask for mosquito coils for the outdoor area and for the room to be sprayed while you’re out, so it was all very manageable. "Very nice apartment and helpful staff. Great amenities especially the infinity pool! Would stay again!"

"Adorei o hotel."

"部屋があまり広くないのは仕方ないこととして、身の回り品や着替えなど、物を置く場所がない。 立地条件はよい。回りに多くのレストランがある。 スタッフの対応は丁寧だった。"

"My friends and I stayed here for 1 night. The place is tidy neat and comfortable. spacious and really uphold the name luxury..I will totally recommend this place to others when they travel to ipoh"

"Stayed in two different rooms, both can not be consider as clean. Water stains everywhere in the bathroom. door knobs, light switches are sticky. Not a very good experience overall."

"Good location near oldtown"

"Alan at the front counter was so nice and friendly as well as all other staff even the bell man and the staff helping us open the connecting door. The hotel i heard is dated but amazingly feels new and clean. Super spacious, infinity pool was huge and no one was swimming there the 4 times we swam! Free breakfast and siu yeh was excellent. The fact that they have a Ipoh coffee machine is just making me want to take another 15 hour flight and 2 hour car ride just to go to the hotel and stay...

"Everything is good because it's cheaper compare to other, staff really responsive, the cleanliness is good, if you are looking for just stay at night, and at the morning you go travel around, it's recommended 👍"

"The staff is very nice but you need give RM100 Cash deposit to check in. The deposit will refund upon check if no damage on the room or spilt any stuffs in the room. There will remind you via whatapp on delay on check out for an hour charge you RM50"

"Das Zimmer war wie auf den Fotos. Sauber und das Personal war super freundlich. Der Stadtkern ist in ein paar Minuten fußläufig erreichbar."

"Was surprised that I need to pay for additional pillow request. Carpark below the hotel very limited and have to park far away. Needed to top up RM 25 each night to change to o room with window as expedia booking was a windowless room."

"The room is clean and their staff were very helpful, e.g find a room near to lift lobby when they found out my mum has mobility issues. Special mention to the malay male staff who is on morning shift during our stay."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful that made our stay comfortable. There was McD just behind the hotel which was convenient to grab some food."
