The space
It’s a studio room with bathroom, dining/work table and small pantry/kitchen. It has its own private access on the ground level.

Solo travelers, couples or families will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

It’s air-conditioned and equipped with 100 Mbps WiFi. Enjoy watching Netflix or cable in our 55” TV.

Mini-refrigerator, microwave and hot water pot is already set-up for an additional fee. Cooking facilities shall be provided with extra charge, too. Please note that tablewares are not provided.

The wide dining table may also be used as a working table.

No drugs, no smoking and no alcoholic beverages allowed; Quiet hours after 10pm.
For hygiene purposes, please take off shoes /footwear while inside the house.
Please use electricity and water conservatively. We ask our guests to do their share and help take care of our mother earth in every possible ways.
P5000 security deposit is required, to be reimbursed upon departure. Any breakage/damage to property shall be deducted accordingly
