Skytower Sea Views is a stunning, Executive 3 bedroom + study, 2.5 bathroom apartment in the CBD.

Our apartment is located on the 14th level allowing you to take in the breathtaking views of Darwin from all of the bedrooms. You will feel at home from the moment you step into our apartment.

Tastefully decorated throughout, Skytower Sea Views is an excellent getaway to explore Darwin & it's surrounds. It offers the most Amazing Uninterrupted Sea Views from the lounge area where you can sit, relax and enjoy a drink or two. Making this a wonderful place to stay for family, friends, corporate business colleagues, or couples and honeymooners here on a leisure, romantic, business or holiday escape.

Our apartment is privately owned and managed by us and is situated in a residential building called Skytower with only 2 apartments per floor. But unfortunately we only own the one...

It is a short walking distance to Smith St Mall, NT Parliament House, Government House, Law Courts, Deckchair Cinema, Crocosaurus Cove, The Convention Centre, Darwin Wharf Precinct, Wave Pool & Darwin's safe swimming beach, Cafes, Restaurants, Bars and Supermarkets.

SKYTOWER IS A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED!! The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Disturbance to our neighbours, touching or moving their private belongings in the foyers, Including excessive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of Security Deposit. (Please respect that this is their home and their belongings)!!!

The property was well presented and in a great location. The apartment was warm and welcoming, which made you feel at home. Close to the city centre and within walking distance of the Waterfront Precent. Plenty of parking onsite and in the street for bigger cars. Communication with the host was easy. Will be back and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful!

Six adults enjoyed a comfortable and wonderfully clean apartment in a great location - walking distance for groceries, restaurants and shops. Everyone really enjoyed how spacious it was and the view was enjoyed every day, particularly from sunrise (you HAVE to see it!!) to evening. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need on a holiday. Angela is a very considerate and responsive host. I would highly recommend this for a great Drawin stay.

Brilliant property, perfect for families

This is one of the best apartments we've ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated with stunning views of the city and waterfront areas. It was so well equipped with everything we needed for days out (including an esky, picnic rug, beach towels etc). The beds were comfortable with nice linen, and the kitchen had everything you need to self cater. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the waterfront area as well as the centre of Darwin with plenty of restaurants/cafes/shops in easy access. The complementary parking was a bonus, although a tight fit if you have a bigger car (we hired a Kia Carnival and it was a squeeze getting it around the corners in the parking garage). The pool is lovely but not heated, and given it's in a fully shaded area it was a little too cool to swim in for us, but still nice for a quick dip after a hot day. We travelled as a family of 4 along with grandparents and there was more than enough space for all of us. If we're ever back in Darwin again we won't even bother looking elsewhere as this was perfect for us.

Lovely property and location

We stayed as a family (with 2 adult kids) and the apartment was perfect for our needs.This was our first time staying in Darwin as a family and the location and apartment was perfect. The view from the balcony was lovely to look over the water and it was only a short walk to, the waterfront, shops and esplanade. Having the kitchen and laundry was really handy and the gym in the complex was used by as all, as was the pool. The communication from Angela in the lead up to the booking and also during the stay when we had a request was very responsive and easy. Thanks so much Angela for allowing us to stay in your lovely accommodation - we definitely plan to be back.

Great apartment in great location. Host (Angela) was very responsive and easy to deal with. Not a big deal but for such a well appointed apartment it could do with a king size bed in the main bedroom and perhaps block out curtains/blinds. Like I say, didnā€™t affect us at all and apartment was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend.

This property was well situated as we had a car and everything about the property was generous. It had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay as it had everything you could possibly need for a holiday stay. The apartment is ideally located, walking distance to a lot of Darwinā€™s attractions. It is spacious, very clean & tidy. It is stocked with lots of home essentials. As a racing family we were there for the Darwin Cup. A very enjoyable time indeed. We will be back !

Beautiful place

The apartment is so stunning. We loved our stay and Angela was a great host. I had some trouble with the check in (my error) and she was available to chat to at 1am which was great. She made sure we got in ok and was always available if we needed her. She had left a bottle of champagne and some drinks in the fridge which was so welcoming after a hot and sticky arrival. The apartment has absolutely everything you could possibly need. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The apartment met and exceeded all expectations. Every conceivable extra was provided - from toiletries to tissues. Location was fantastic being walkable distance (or try the electric scooters) to all Darwin offers. The view from the balcony was fabulous.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Immaculate apartment met our expectations and moree.

Excellent in all aspects except for the pool. Pool not inviting enough, dirty and surrounds not comfortable and not what we are use to. So I will rate this a 9, if the pool area and the pool upgraded it would have got a 10.

Hosts were friendly and great communication throughout the whole booking experience. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It was spotlessly clean, plenty of room for five of us, all Adults and very comfy. The views were beautiful too and close walking distance to Darwin City and surroundā€™s. We would definitely book this again.
