We respect our neighbours! For this reason, there are to be strictly no parties, gatherings of any size greater than the guests staying (strictly 4 pax maximum), loud noise in the unit or common areas. Thank you.

There is an undercover park for a small car available for guests. Parap Markets is a 5 minute drive. Nightcliff foreshore 15 minutes. Once you have some wheels, the Top End is your oyster! Kakadu, Litchfield, Jumping Crocs and big Barra fishing all day trips.

If you are staying with young children, the unit is on the third floor and has a balcony (lockable). If you are uncomfortable with heights please be aware of this.
Already mentioned above, but there is no lift so please be prepared for three flights of stairs from street level and four flights from the car park.
