As soon as you step into this magnificent house, you're greeted by high ceilings that extend throughout the open-plan lounge, dining, kitchen, and formal sitting room. The entire property is fully air-conditioned, complemented by multiple ceiling fans, guaranteeing your comfort in the tropical climate of Darwin.

Space here is abundant, whether you're vacationing with your family or a group of friends. Multiple retreat areas provide privacy, ensuring everyone can enjoy their own space. And if you're looking for a bit of fun, there's a dedicated room with a pool table and a wall-mounted television, offering endless entertainment. We can also arrange different bed configurations prior to your arrival to ensure the utmost comfort for you and your guests.

In the large lounge area, you'll find a plush leather suite, perfect for the tropical climate. There's a sleek concrete-style coffee table and TV cabinet, complete with a large-screen television and a selection of DVDs to cater to all ages.

Adjacent to the lounge is a formal seating area furnished with comfortable swivel chairs, providing a serene spot to chat, read a book, or simply bask in the tranquility of the Darwin city skyline.

The dining room is exceptionally stylish, featuring a chandelier and a 3-meter dining table that seats 10 guests comfortably. We also have two additional chairs available for larger groups; simply let us know your preference when booking. The open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen all lead to a spacious deck. You can relax in the heated Jacuzzi with sweeping views of Darwin, an image that will stay with you for years. Our well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, including quality appliances like a rice cooker and a Nespresso pod machine with a starter pack of pods. The recently upgraded waterfall island bench seats four comfortably on beautiful wooden stools. With designer lighting, stainless steel appliances, and a sleek design, the kitchen is a delightful space, ensuring self-catering is a pleasure.
For those who need to stay connected, we've provided a dedicated office with a modern concrete-style office table, office chair, and a copper lamp. There's also a computer monitor with HDMI input to plug in your laptop. Complimentary WiFi is included, making it easy to work or catch up on emails.

A beautifully appointed powder room for guests is also on this level for your convenience.

Downstairs, you'll discover even more space to relax in. Two leather lounges in the family room can each be converted to double beds, accommodating your needs and allowing for a 5th bedroom upon request. All our bedrooms were designed with your comfort in mind. Each bedroom features modern concrete-look bedside tables and exquisite copper bedside lamps with warm, soothing lighting. Splashes of color and personality come from stunning artwork in each space.

Ceiling fans and air-conditioning in each bedroom ensure a peaceful night's sleep, and there's plenty of storage with built-in wardrobes in every room. The master bedroom offers a private sitting room with a comfortable lounge and a wall-mounted television. A generous walk-in wardrobe provides ample space to unpack, and the en-suite bathroom completes the parents' retreat with dual sinks, an extra-large dual shower, and a toilet.

A second modern bathroom is available on the accommodation level, featuring a shower, bath, sink, and toilet.
