"Meals good,staff friendly. In our room heated towel rail was on and it was so hot, it made room hot, no ac had little fan going. Would have been cosy warm if we came in winter."

"Good location to the sea front and town."

"Firstly, £15 a day for the privilege of parking at the hotel and it’s on a first come first serve basis, is more the norm now bits it’s appalling, if you go out your not guaranteed your spot once returned. Tv didn’t work until I asked twice for it to be sorted and the fridge didn’t work and didn’t get sorted. However, it’s a lovely new/clean and well designed hotel. Comfy bed, lovely on suite and a great location for Paignton and close by Torquay. Overall we would go again!"

"The sash window was held up with two bits of wood when we entered the room, although cold outside, once closed we knew the reason why, the room had the most horrendous smell even worse in the bathroom. I had to buy 2 air fresheners, but they didn’t help. Furniture stained, crockery chipped and no spoon for making tea/coffee. No breakfast as the kitchen is closed. Positives - towels, when we got them were clean and the bedding was fresh otherwise we wouldn’t have stayed. Thank goodness for only...

"Had a lovely night away. Room was clean and nice to have a fridge with fresh milk for coffee etc. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. Outside areas are great for relaxing and nice to have an outside pool. In a quiet area but within walking distance to the beach, train station and town. Great hosts. Would definitely recommend. "My room was very clean and it was easy to obtain supplies if needed. The housekeeping team was friendly and the quality of their work was excellent. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice although I would have preferred the option of fried or poached eggs and some hash browns. All the staff were helpful and friendly."

"Perfect location by the beach and centre of town. The room was big enough for us and the beds were comfy. The hotel is a bit dated, however it was clean and had a nice lounge area with live entertainment each night which we enjoyed."
