"The property is wonderful. Beautiful Townhouse with everything you could imagine. Super Clean! Upstairs and downstairs with Queen size beds , if you want to bring friends. Hostess is amazing making sure you have everything needed. I am a bird photographer and this place was full of many species of birds. I was quite pleased. Also when I didn’t want to cook uber and delivery were available to the property. It was perfect!"

"Beautiful house and property that my extended family consisting of 14 people (ranging from ages 8 to 81) thoroughly enjoyed. Just bring your own groceries and the kitchen is stocked with everything else anyone could need. My brother-in-law brought his own kayaks and body boards so we could explore the river and tiny island across from the property. Brian was a great host; always available to answer all of our questions (and we had a lot) about the house and things to do in the area."

"This is our second stay in this slice of heaven located along the North East River. I loved seeing the sunrise while kayaking and watching the ever-changing clouds, herons, eagles, and osprey. The kids did some wading/swimming at low tide, fishing and searched for shells. My son brought some firewood along so that we could enjoy sitting outside at night by the fire while looking at stars while at the campfire. With the 5 bedroom/sleeping areas, we were able to fit the whole family comfortably....
