They communicated very promptly over messages and calls, and gave us clear information about parking, amenities, and check-in/check-out which made everything stress-free from the start. "No evening meal due to chef needing time off, staff seemed to have no idea what was happening. Only food available in the area was pizza at a hostel across the road. Breakfast room opened at 8:30 and consisted of help yourself Coco pops, croissants or toast, if you had an early start, nothing. Overall a very poor experience."
