This modern apartment has a private entrance and bathroom, perfect for solo travelers or couples looking to relax. Located in a quiet, safe area with a night guard, and essentials right across the street, it’s the perfect base for a few nights of comfort and convenience.

This private apartment offers a peaceful and comfortable space of approximately 20 square meters, designed with simplicity and convenience in mind. Inside, you’ll find a double bed, wardrobe, air-conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet and hot shower – ideal for solo travelers or couples looking to relax after a day in the city.

The apartment has its own private entrance but you’ll share a fully equipped kitchen with the guest in the similar apartment downstairs. The kitchen is simple but functional, with basic utensils and a gas stove – perfect for preparing breakfast or a light meal.

The building is located on the same gated property as a private family villa, but all spaces – bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and terrace – are fully separate. The entrance gate and outdoor areas are shared, and there is a night guard on duty for added peace of mind.

Shops and essentials are available just across the street, and local transport and vibrant markets are within walking distance. Whether you’re here for a short stay or a longer visit, this apartment offers an ideal balance between privacy, comfort, and access to everyday life in Dar es Salaam.

Guests have full and private access to the apartment, including the bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

Please note: While the apartment is located on the same gated property as a private family villa, outdoor areas around the villa are not part of your rental and are reserved for villa guests only. Thank you for respecting this boundary.

There is also a night guard, Doto, present on the property in the evenings and at night. He helps keep the area safe, but please reach out to me first if you have any questions or need assistance.

Electricity in Tanzania is prepaid. We always make sure it’s topped up before your arrival, so you’ll have power when you check in. However, any additional usage during your stay is at your own expense.

Most guests spend around 10 dollar per week, depending on how much you use the air-conditioning, which tends to consume more power if left on for long periods. If the power runs out, I’ll gladly help you top it up quickly and easily.

Water is stored in large tanks. In case of a longer city-wide water shortage, I can guide you on how to refill the tank if needed.

You may see street dogs around the property. They are calm and used to people – not dangerous – but please do not approach or feed them.
