We paid for a queen room amd received a full bed woth a room that had 2 thousand time too much cherry room spray so much the pillows were wet with it. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. I know its a 2 star hotel but clean rooms should be included.

I don’t think room service came in at all during my 3 day stay. But bed was comfy, and had breakfast. Hotel was nice.

The gal at the desk was friendly and the room was clean (except they forgot the coffee pot). However, the room was in rough condition and there was a safety/security issue.

The bathrooms at the property were falling apart. The ceiling had tiles where there was water damage. The tub looked dirty from age. The floors in th room were not clean. The breakfast selection was limited. What was good was the bed. It was surprisingly comfortable and clean. Although the tub looked dirty the water pressure and amount of hot water was great. Their towels were thin and small. That probably prevents people from taking them. The lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful.

The waffles were very good. We had some mold issues in our room, and were immediately changed to a different room. The place can definitely use some essential renovations and repair.

When expedia didn't forward my reservation after waiting more than a reasonable time, the hotel clerk contacted expedia and got the needed information to check me into my room. This was done during a busy time with several guest checking in. The clerk's professionalism, knowledge, patience and communication skills with everyone was exceptional and commendable.

The property was ok..the room was average..in the picture it looked bigger..someone has good angles. The bathroom barely had toilet paper or kleenex…overall it was a good night I spent there.

This was the second time I have stayed here. This time, the room wasn't as clean and the shower didn't work properly. Breakfast selection is limited.

The bath tub was extremely gross and stained. And the faucet was leaking water when we arrived. It couldn’t be shut off. Needless to say we did not bath there.

The room was pretty gross. The comforter had a few stains and the tub looked like it had never been cleaned. The employees were super friendly and helpful.

Very run down
The staff was very friendly but the hotel is in very poor condition. The pool was closed still, the rooms are very run down. The hotel is decently priced and they allow pets, but I will not plan to stay here again until I they remodel

Wouldn't come back even if it was free.
Hotel is quite run down, and in need of a remodel. First room was so dirty, mold, dust, dead bugs, and a few live ones on the window that looked like it hadn't been cleaned this year. Front desk gave us a different room without a hassle, and that room was slightly better, it was still in dire need of a remodel, or at the minimum a deep cleaning.
