"We had a large group come and stay at this property for a family reunion over the spring break. The house is at the top of a mountain in the finger lakes areas. The views are great on a clear day. We stayed in April and the roads were clear, but if it is winter time it would be hard to summit the hills to get to the house. The road from Canandaigua on the east side of the lake is not bad, but the roads from Naples or Italy could be problematic if icy. The house is large and looks to be...

"When we arrived to the lake house after our 12 hour road trip from NC, it was awesome to see the excitement from my family as we arrived while everyone checked out the property.We all were comfortable in the home. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much any dish/utensil you could think of. The views were amazing. We enjoyed waking up to the variety of wildlife while sipping coffee lake side. "We rented this property with some friends. There is a semi-private creek, and you can walk to a waterfall and swimming hole. It was just beautiful. I say semi-private because there were very few people there each time we walked it. The gardens were also lovely. We rented both the main house and the guest house. Both were very nice. "Overall we had a such a wonderful stay for the weekend. The property is stunning and set far back from the main roads, it was so peaceful not to hear traffic or surrounding neighbors and hear the melodies of birds and nature! The home itself has an openness too it that leaves you relaxed. It was truly difficult whether to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors or a light atmospher inside. We had the hardest time wanting to leave and look forward to planning a time to come back! "

"House was gorgeous! Perfect for my father in law who uses a walker-very accessible! Wide doorways & halls, ramp off back porch to yard, first floor bedroom bed was power adjustable, etc! Only complaint was the tv! Internet is spotty & streaming continually cut in & out "

"This was a lovely house just as described. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and such. It was spacious with plenty of room for our group of 6, but could easily fit more people. The only downside was the property by the lake. It was overgrown and not well cared for. If it had been summer there’d be nowhere to sit and enjoy the lake without sitting amongst the weeds."

"The home was new and beautiful, well-appointed, and in a nice rural (but not too rural) location. It was a lovely place to reconnect and relax with my girlfriends in the beauty of the Finger Lakes countryside. The layout is great and it was the perfect amount of space for the 6 of us. The host was very responsive and I appreciate her so much for allowing me to return to the property when I left my wallet during checkout!"
