"What a wonderful location and property for a friends getaway!! The patio area was enchanting and lends itself to complete relaxation, coffee in the AM and wine in the PM!!Also, a nice space for my sweet pup to relax as the patio is fully enclosed. Parking was amazing and the condo was very clean and supplied well.Riki the owner/property manager was helpful and very enjoyable to meet. I would absolutely stay here or at any of her other properties. What a fabulous find, highly recommend. 10...

"What a perfect location in San Clemente! The neighborhood was quiet and the ocean view/access were great. Mornings and evenings on the balcony were lovely. Our hosts were responsive to questions and the condo was clean. As mentioned in other reviews, there is no AC and traveling the first week of September is a gamble. "The decor was innovative and creative, in pristine condition with thoughtfulness to added amenities such as plush terry bath robes, a gas burning fireplace. Walking distance (hilly, 20 minutes) to shops and restaurants in town. Would definitely stay here again."

"The property worked well for our family! We did drive to Salt Creek Beach everyday. Parking is 1 per hour and there is a bit of a walk down a large hill which was a bit difficult for my older mother. Once at the beach it was perfect! Enjoyed the pool and gym that was accessible on the propert. Condo had everything we needed for meals and the extra beach gear was helpful. Great location!"
