"I absolutely loved this place! It was rustic and charming. The check-in was so easy, as was check-out. Communication from the owners was terrific. The location was quiet and it was nice to sit on the porch and listen to the creek. The outside of the cabins might need a little TLC. The bonus was the history of this place! People used to come from all over in the late 1800's and early 1900's to drink water from the spring, which was said to have healing properties. The hotel that used to be there...

"We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quite the cottage had to offer. The porches surround three sides of the building nestled in the woods/mountains of TN. The personal touches and amenities offered by Diana and Mark made us feel at home and afforded us the rest and relaxation we desired. "The cabin exceeded our expectations.The mountain views and the beautiful flowers (with lots of butterflies) was an unexpected surprise. We also saw a rabbit and a deer. The property manager was awesome on being helpful and excellent communicator."

Firstly, there was no indication before arriving that the place we would be staying at was currently in the process of being remodeled. "This is a really nice house. My friends and I stayed here for a weekend as home base for the Speedway Classic since most places in Bristol were booked, and it provided a great place to do so. Very close to a grocery store and local restaurants. The backyard is also very nice!"

"We had an amazing stay! When we walked in, the house was spotless and so inviting, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Our host was the definition of hospitality, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We loved hiking The Channels and attending the MLB Speedway Classic, even though the game got rained out the first time. A special thanks for the delicious chocolate cake and the thoughtful Bristol Motor Speedway bag. We can’t wait to come back!"

"This is a great property if you are looking for a private, quiet and relaxing stay in the woods! They had everything we needed and then some. The hosts are very responsive. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was beautifully decorated. Everything we could have needed was available. We just went to Ingles for food and cooked all our meals at the cabin. I fell in love with the screened in porch. I felt like i was in a tree house. My favorite spot was the outdoor couch. It's hard to believe it is early August and we could spend an entire day outside, even in the hot tub. "

"The house was wonderful as was the host. Perfect size the 2 couples with 2 beds and 2 full bathrooms. Loved that the bedrooms had luggage stands, no suitcases on the floor!The neighborhood was quiet and in walking distance to town, the hill going back to the house may be challenging for some."
