Spacious 4-Bedroom Vacation House with Panoramic Ocean View - 894

Gorgeous ocean view and playing pool with red wine. The location is less than 15 minutes away from San Francisco Airport, 25 minutes to Downtown San Francisco, and less than 1 min to down on cliffs of the ocean. Also, there are lots of activities nearby my house: Asian restaurants, shopping center, supermarket, and coffee shop all within 3 minutes of driving.

The house is located in Daly City. You are renting the second floor with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, about 1500 living sq.ft. There are total 5 beds and 2 air mattresses, hosting up to 10 people. All our beds have memory foam mattresses.

There is one parking space on the driveway. Extra cars must be parked at street. Guests must be able to walk up to 2nd floor to access the unit.

Laundry is downstairs in garage shared with owner and tenant.

Access to the shared backyard is through the left side of the house with wood gate to open.

The host and co-host is living downstairs with their own space and separate entrance. If there have any problem feel free to contact me so we can react house problem immediately.

This unit can accommodate up to 10 guests and there is an extra guest fee of $15/guest/night, after the first 5 guests so please make sure to enter the correct number of guests at the time of booking so this fee will get included automatically.

For safety, the security camera is 24/7 outside surrounding the house on common area, and inside the shared garage on the ground floor.
