"We loved the location as Coniston is not so touristy and still very scenic. We loved the size, layout, quality of furnishing and white goods in the flat. There is everything needed for self catering but very good pubs and coffee shops close by. Highly recommend High Wythow"

"Fire alarm went off, couldn’t get in contact with the host at all so the firemen had to override the system. without that the alarm would have went off all night. no checkout information was given, so wasn’t sure what to do at all. told to contact a number rather than on the booking site and never heard back. better places in Lancaster to stay."

"The property was very spacious and well equipped, so we were able to cook for ourselves. The rooms are really comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our stay "

"The property is within a stone's throw from everything in Bowness, but that's about it. The flat itself is spacious, but it is meh. It lacks some touches, and most amenities need refurbishing/replacing. "Lovely apartment . Loved the colourful light above window table which got bright sun in the morning, very well equipoed kitchen area and great full stretch bath to soak away alot of walking. Excellent location for Bowness amenities and the lake and about 20 mins steady walk back to train station. Buses, cafes 2 minutes away. Only slight niggle were fibre pillows bit hard and flat for me but i was that tired from being out and about it didnt stop me sleeping and i would stay again 😊"

" Convenient location close to train station, bus departures, supermarket and start of shopping and restaurant streets. Small room with adequate ensuite and character to decoration."

"Good location just a couple of minutes from the lakeside. Parking place certainly helps in this popular location. Clean, comfortable property that has everything that you would need."

"Perfect find and very central to everything, highly recommended and the host made everything easy, from finding the place to all questions I had.. perfect getaway stay, thank you "
