"We were in town for the Telluride Jazz Festival. Great location, spotless rooms, comfy bed, better than average hotel breakfast. Best part was it was only a 10-15 minute walk from our room to the Town Park stage. Parked the car when got in and it didn’t move until we left. Will definitely stay here again."

"We spent 4 nights at the residence. It’s was great for myself, my husband, son and of course our dog. We got in late in the evening and had to call for assistance. The host was gracious and helped us right away. The main bathroom shower was fabulous and was also a steam room, which our 16 year old used everyday. The only downside was the small kitchen area. "If you want a private home close to Ouray, Ridgway, or Montrose, look no further. We enjoyed our stay for 6 nights. The place has EVERYTHING you would need. The hosts are fabulous and are very clear in communication. You will get some critters at the back door. We made friends with the chipmunks, bunnies and spotted some deer. The place is exactly as advertised."

"This place was great! It's small, but has everything we needed. I was also the most needy I've ever been and the host was quick to respond and answered all my questions. One thing you should know, the laundry facility is coming operated and all the banks are closed on Saturday and Sunday. So bring quarters. The lady at the grocery store was nice enough to get me a roll of quarters though."

The kids liked the pool and playground and the pond with its fountains and ducks. I liked having the washer/dryer in the home.
