Sleep easy with two king bedrooms and a third bedroom featuring two full beds, making this home ideal for families, groups, or colleagues traveling together. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, while the private terrace is perfect for morning coffee or evening wind-down time (just bring your own propane if you plan to grill!).
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Grill: Note for safety reasons, we do not provide propane tanks. Please bring your own for us on the terrace as needed!
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary items for cooking.

Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay and a $500 fine 3. We have a very strict no pets policy. Any violation of this will be a $500 fine. 4. We request you take off shoes as soon you enter. This really helps keep the place clean! 5. Please observe that Quiet Hours are from 9PM – 8AM 6. Any extra guest will be an extra $100 charge per night per extra guest 7. Please use the makeup towels provided to remove make up. Any damage to the non-makeup towels will result in a charge to replace the towel 9. We keep a track of inventory in the home. If there is anything found missing, please note you will be charged for the retail price 10. We ensure you have basic toiletries and supplies such as paper towels, hand soap, salt/pepper, etc and request you purchase your own if staying long term for more than 30 days.
