We had a huge group in house for a cheerleading event and every single room that night requested extra towels exceeding our supply. To snowball, the dirty towels were not turned into us as most guests kept the old ones preventing us from have a proper amount of clean towels in rotation. This is not what we want from any of our guests and as the General Manager of the hotel, I take full responsibility as I will address these concerns with our team to ensure they are corrected and don’t happen in the future. Although we are not a perfect hotel, we do strive for perfect practices to ensure the guest experiences is the best that it can be.
