The home is a mile from downtown & located directly on the trolley line which will bring you to Downtown & the highly desired Bishop Arts District. There you will find an abundance of shopping & dining. 5 spacious bedrooms will comfortably sleep 17 guests. The Roux House has a large dining room with a table that can easily seat 12 or more. Lovely bar area off of the living room which opens up to a great outdoor deck patio perfect for gatherings. There is an additional nightly guest fee for over 4 people to cover the added cost of utilities, linens, essentials, supplies, cleaning costs etc. Amenities include cable TV, internet, a completely stocked kitchen and many other luxuries and comforts of home. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED. There are noise sensors in the house to detect for excessive noise and to prevent parties and unapproved events. There are also security cameras on the exterior of the property for the safety of the home and our guests. These cameras are located on all corners of the property and monitor the driveway and entrances to the property.
