Please read carefully before arrival. The pool area is gated and securely locked to ensure guest safety.

To receive the gate code: A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in.


POOL AREA GUEST SUPPLIES:

✔ Pool towels stocked in the inside hallway closet
✔ Bug spray and sunscreen provided — monitored by housekeeping


Pool Rules:

No diving, glass, food, or rough play

No running on the deck

Shower before entering

Children under 13 must be supervised at all times

Use at your own risk – no lifeguard on duty


POOL MAINTENANCE NOTES:

Minor water loss? You may refill using the hose behind the grill
If the water is more than halfway down, please message us — we’ll assist promptly


Guest Access:
You’ll have full access to the entire home — all four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, and the entire backyard space. Private driveway parking for 3 vehicles is included.


For Mid-Term Reservations (28+ Nights):
We require a signed lease agreement and a background/credit check for all extended stays. This ensures a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
House Rules for "The Ravenwood Retreat"

1. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.
No Parties or Events

2. This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Large gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted.

3. No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. You may smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

4. No Pets

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time.

5. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors.

6. Maximum Occupancy

The property can accommodate up to 8 guests. Please ensure the number of guests matches your reservation.

7. Use of Outdoor Spaces

Please supervise children at all times and clean up after yourself.

8. No Unregistered Guests

Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any additional visitors must be approved in advance.

9. Trash and Recycling

Please place all trash in the designated bins and recycle where possible. Trash day is Tuesday morning and Friday morning. Bags need to be set out on the driveway curb by 8am but no earlier than 7pm the night before, Recycling (if necessary) is Wednesday morning, green tub to be set out on the driveway curb by 8am.

10. Care for the Space

Treat the property with care. Report any damages or issues immediately to avoid charges. Guests are responsible for damages caused during their stay.

11. Respect Check-Out Procedures

Before checking out, please:

- Please check the fridge and throw away any perishables and leftovers so the fridge is essentially like you arrived..
- Please make sure all countertops are cleared off and items are in the trash. Our cleaners will take it our for you to the exterior trash cans.
- Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it before you leave.
- Please doublecheck all rooms to be sure you did not forget anything!
- Please start a load of laundry (sheets and towels)

12. No Illegal Activities

Any illegal activity, including drug use, will result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.
