When we checked in that afternoon, the reception host was not entirely welcoming - she was short tempered and was very dismissive.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit, and the next day, I came to ask if there was a chance we can change up the mattress…it was old and dingy (there was a very hallow spot) I woke up the next day with a horrible back pain…She told me that she will see what she can do but never got back with us after our four night stay…in our first night we asked if the grill can be used/turned on, the same lady said she doesn't know how it works and that the maintenance crew leaves at 3pm - we’d have to wait the next day.
At check out I asked if Bonvoy members at provided parking she said no and its because we booked through a third party.
I would say that the cleaning staff is amazing! No matter how old the property is, its evident that they do an amazing job cleaning the room and the facility. Breakfast was amazing, lots of healthy options and the staff was quick to refill empty plates - kept the area extremely clean!
