We are located in the vibrant Trinity Groves district only 5 mins from downtown Dallas, 7 mins from the AAC & 12 mins from Love Field.



The Space:

This 3,000 sq ft new-build home with stylish details is located 5-12 minutes from Downtown Dallas, Trinity Groves, Bishop Arts, Medical District, and Love Field Airport. The finished backyard has a patio with BBQ, pergola, fire pit, corn hole, and a flower wall. Open living space with large sectional, 65” smart TV with Hulu Live, hand-made flower walls with neon signs, and electric fireplace. Modern expandable dining table capable of hosting 16 guests. Second living space with a pool table and ambient chill space. Each bedroom has a unique design with it’s own large tv, walk-in closet, and a desk with a makeup mirror to help you get camera ready.





***Unauthorized parties are not allowed at the property—this includes open-invite parties. Private events, such as birthday parties, bachelorette and wedding related parties, dinner parties, work events, and family gatherings are allowed but must be approved before your reservation. We would LOVE to host your group, but we also want to be good neighbors and insure the property is kindly respected. We know you can appreciate our position.***



***For daytime events, please consider booking the home for 2 consecutive nights. The check-in and check-out times are 11am and 4pm. Early access cannot be guaranteed if another reservation is checking out on the day of your reservation***



Guest Access:

There is parking on the driveway and the street. Please do not block other neighbors’ driveways. Home access is self-entry via a keypad. The whole house is accessible to guests however the attic and supply closet next to the stairs is restricted to employees only.



The Neighborhood:

The home is newly built and has not been updated on the street view yet. The area itself is gentrified and there are newer homes like ours throughout the neighborhood. West Dallas is becoming quite popular with families and those moving into Texas because of its location and proximity to all of the popular areas in Dallas such as Downtown, Bishop Arts, Trinity Groves and Deep Ellum.



Getting Around:

There is guest parking in our driveway (2-4 cars depending on size) and street parking. There is currently an empty lot next to us so there is more parking there on the street.

I am not available in person but my property managers are available during business hours.
