Ideal VRBO!
The home itself was beautifully decorated and well appointed. The neighborhood was easy to access and close to major highways. Only downside, neighbors dogs barking at night but that only lasted until about 10. Otherwise, fantastic rental!!

Great experience
We enjoyed our stay. The home was very nice and even better than the pictures. The beds were some of the most comfy beds I’ve slept on. Close to highway and great location. Quiet neighborhood as well. Would highly recommend staying here.

Excellent property
This was probably one of the nicest VRBO properties we have stayed in! It was in a great location, clean, comfortable and had a good layout. The appliances were newer and it had everything we needed. The living area was cozy and felt like home. We will definitely be staying here again.

Convenient location
Convenient location, however, it should be advertised that this is near governmental housing and the issues that come with that. This is not a luxury property as advertised. Everything in it is very cheap(blender, toaster, bedding, rugs, sheets, sofa, towels, silverware, glasses, iron) Pillows had no pillow protectors-and have spots on them. Rug and carpets need to be replaced and a new paint job is needed in most rooms. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The rate needs to be significantly reduced due to the lack of “luxury”. Had an electrical issue- owner responded and fixed it in a timely manner.

Close to Craig Ranch
We stayed at this house while we attended the Byron Nelson Golf Tournament at Craig Ranch. It weas super convenient. We also brought our dogs and while the yard is not large it served its purpose. This is a nice, fairly new neighborhood and easy to walk. We will stay here again.

Great to place with many extras
Came to town for a vow renewal of friends. The place was comfortable, convenient, and well stocked with extras. The owner was very helpful and friendly and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate us. Highly recommend.

Great 3BR unit in McKinney!
We enjoyed our two + week stay in this 3 bedroom home in McKinney in late February through mid-March. The neighborhood is quiet and yet also within easy access of major highways, retail and restaurant locations, the airport, etc. The unit is comfortably furnished and works well for 6 adults. The kitchen and laundry appliances are good quality. The master bathroom is really great, especially the tiled shower with double shower heads! The owner is very responsive to messages which was greatly appreciated. We plan to stay here again during future trips to the Dallas area!

Great place in McKinney

Modern, clean as a whistle
I have used VRBO rentals for a number of years. This unit was the closest to “as a advertised” as I have experienced. Comfortable beds, well appointed, streaming w/ modern, smart TVs and multiple cell charging stations. Again, comfortable beds! The only critique I offer is maybe 2-3 higher quality skillets, as the ones we used were a bit “long in the tooth.” Tip of the hat to the owner

Another Outstanding Stay
This was our second stay and as with the first it was very convenient and comfortable. As before our host was exceptional and extended an early check in so I could prepare for the arrival of my grandson. The amenities surpassed our expectations and I do not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone who will be visiting the McKinney, Allen, Frisco and Prosperity areas.

Perfect house and location
Three generations of ladies appreciated this gorgeous house and shopping at the Allen outlets and IKEA for dorm furnishings. Our host was very receptive uptime we had a question and the location was ideal.

Amazing Home.
We loved this house and the location. McKinney is a great community. House is adorable and has everything you need. Host was great and responsive. Check in and out process is easy. I highly recommend if staying in the area.

Excellent House with Everything You Need
This house has it all. The kitchen is fully stocked to make any meal, they have lots of coffee and other food items (sugar, spices, etc), the living room is so comfortable with throw blankets and a large TV, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the master bath is nicer than mine at home! The owner was super nice and helpful. We were here to watch soccer at the Toyota Stadium in Frisco and it was only a 15-minute drive. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Outstanding Stay
We truly enjoyed our stay and couldn't have been more comfortable if we were in our own home. No detail was overlooked and everything was in excellent, immaculate condition. I would highly recommend this option if your are looking to stay in the Northeast Dallas Metro area. We would love to return some time too.

Everything about the house was virtually perfect. Our only complaint is that the mattresses on the two main beds were on the soft side. Don’t know if it was that the mattresses were simply soft, or if they were worn through use.

Hi Charles, I am glad you enjoyed the home. I am always disappointed when I see less thank 5 stars because we try so hard to make the house perfect for everyone. I am sorry the mattresses were “too soft” for you comfort. It is definitely not from wear, they are less than a year old. Honestly, we typically get feedback of how great the mattresses are and asked where we got them. We have the same mattresses in our home. The softness actually comes from very high quality/thick mattress pads that we have on top. I wish I would of known they were too soft for you guys and I could of had the clean crew come in remove them and replace clean sheets. I hope you had a safe return home and thank you again fo your stay!

DALLAS SPRING BREAK TRIP
We were looking for a clean new house to stay with my family and yorkies and this place was everything advertised and more! We loved the quick access to highways and proximity to restaurants and shopping too. The home itself was stocked with all the amenities we needed for a week long stay. Kiddos loved the bunk beds too! We will be traveling more to Dallas and will definitely be booking this home again.

Lovely
My girlfriends and I were in the area for a half marathon and stayed two nights. The property is lovely- beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The gas fireplace was wonderful, the beds were super comfy, and the kitchen is great. Would def recommend!

Accommodating and stocked
This is definitely the most stocked and accommodating house I’ve rented, and I’ve rented a dozen over the years. We never leave home without our phone and iPad chargers, but somehow, we all forgot them. We had our car charger but that was it. We assumed we would have to share it, but we walked into this house and they had a charging station with multiple types of cables for devices. They also had wireless Phone charging stations in the master on the nightstands. So awesome! They also had Apple TV, so we could share anything from our phones and use our Netflix etc... Extremely accommodating. I can’t tell you the amount of times that we’ve cooked a meal in the house and had nothing to put leftovers and besides the pots and pans. They had glass bowls with lids and Ziploc bags. It had all of the spices and basic things you need in the kitchen. They provided gas for the grill and the fire pit. The house was gorgeous and very clean. They have the black washcloths for make up, which is a nice little bonus. They also had a first aid kit, which I saw and assumed I wouldn’t have to use but ended up needing a Band-Aid. Another nice little bonus. I’m sure I’m leaving out some very important features, but overall, this is the best house I’ve stayed in when it comes to ease of use and being so well prepared and stocked for guests.
