This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom luxury villa provides all the essentials for a fun family holiday! This villa is equipped with all the modern amenities, ensuring that you and your loved ones have all the comfort and convenience you`d come to expect from a luxury stay. With plenty of space to accommodate your whole family, make lasting memories at this special and unique villa.

This luxurious 4 bedroom house with a pool is a dream come true. It features a generous open floor plan with large windows, allowing natural light to pour in. The living area is spacious, with a large flat-screen TV, comfortable seating, and a cozy fireplace. There is also an outdoor space that includes an outdoor large pool, and sweeping patio area with beautiful views of the backyard. The bedrooms are tastefully appointed and comfortable, with extra space for accommodating guests. The master suite features a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a double sink and a large free standing tub. All of this is located in a peaceful neighborhood close to parks, shopping, entertainment, and all the other attractions the area has to offer. Whether you`re looking for a relaxing time or a chance to excite and explore, this home is sure to make your stay even more special.

North Dallas is one of the most affluent neighborhoods in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex. It is well known for its upscale shopping and dining options, numerous golf courses, and beautiful homes on sprawling properties. Just north of Dallas, North Dallas offers a distinct suburban atmosphere with a backdrop of towering trees and lush. North Dallas is home to a number of upscale communities nearby including Preston Hollow, Highland Park, and University Park. North Dallas enjoy short commutes to downtown, as well as access to top-notch schools, parks, shopping, and entertainment.

North Dallas has several options for getting around. Some popular options include:

Driving: The neighborhood is located near several major highways, including the Dallas North Tollway and LBJ, making it easy to get around by car.

Public Transportation: The DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) system provides bus service to the neighborhood, connecting it to other parts of Dallas.

Biking: The neighborhood is located near several bike lanes, making it possible to bike to nearby destinations.

Walking: Many parts of the neighborhood are pedestrian-friendly, making it easy to get around on foot.

Ride-sharing services like Uber, Lyft, and Taxis are also available in Dallas.

Please be respectful. We understand this is a vacation property, but it is also our home and we want it to stay in immaculate condition for each guest. Please no pets, unless discussed prior. No smoking inside the home and no drugs on the property. Pool is unsupervised and you will be asked to complete a pool waiver prior to being given access. Lastly, respect the neighbors and neighborhood - they are kind too!
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests. We will not hesitate to terminate your stay at our discretion if you continue to harass/verbally abuse our team.

EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. Airbnb allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 3pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early.

LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 10am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights’ stay at the listing’s full price.

PACKAGES

You may not receive mail at this address. Packages and instant deliveries are OK. If you attempt to have something delivered to this address, we are not held responsible for its whereabouts or returning it to you after your checkout.

MESSAGING

All our guests communicate ONLY through the Airbnb platform. Any violation of this agreement will lead to an immediate termination of your reservation. If there smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc., you will be charged with a $500+ penalty.

PETS

Dogs permitted with proper notice.
No other pets (a violation of this rule will incur a fee of $500).


KEYS

In the event we need to provide a physical key or key fob and it is not returned or is damaged in any way, a $50 fee will occur. If the Smart Lock is damaged by a guest, it is $450 to replace it.

SMOKING
Smoking Only in the Smoking Area.
This is a no-smoking anywhere outside of smoking area in property. This includes vapes/e-cigarettes. Breaking this rule will result in a $500 fine and potentially the additional cost that is incurred by losing the next guest’s reservation because we cannot eliminate the odor in time for the next booking.

PARTIES

We have strict no-parties/no loud noise past 10 PM violation policy for all guests. Reservation is strictly for the amount of guests registered. If your party brings additional guests that are not included in your initial booking, your reservation will be cancelled immediately and for the remainder of your stay, without any refund. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the property in any matter whatsoever, disrespect the neighbors, you are breaking the rules and will be charge for any damages and detail cleaning.

CLEANING

Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $475.

By booking this unit, you have read, understood, and agreed to all these house rules.

WONDERFUL HOME IN N. DALLAS

This house is in a well groomed neighborhood. We enjoyed our short time in Dallas, and house was close to everything. House layout was great plenty of room to sit and socialize in. Loved that all the TV's worked in every room. We choose this house out of several in the area because of the pool table. The pool table is not positioned properly making it very difficult to take shots due to the pool table to close to the walls. Only 1 pool cue was good enough to use. The small 3' cue that they had for shots along that wall where you couldn't take shots had a missing cue tip. We decided not to play pool because of this.
