Pamper your traveling companions and guests in our stunning 2800sf 2-story house with a large spacious open-concept kitchen-living area. We’re excited for you to enjoy our big back patio with superb free form pool, (not heated), and beautiful lounging area. Our pool is open and serviced all year and always provides an attractive atmosphere.



After enjoying some laps in the pool, we recommend some nibbles and snacks in the open space living area overlooking to our pool back yard.



There is nothing like a good nap in the hot Texan weather, Spoil your self with a drool-worthy nap in our master bedroom with French doors direct access to the pool and patio!



Hungry? How about cooking an unforgettable dinner with top of the line stainless steel appliances to make cooking and baking oh-so-easy! Our fully equipped kitchen also shares the beautiful view of the patio and pool!



At the end of the day, you can enjoy your favorite shows on Apple-TV on our THREE large TV’s.

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning home and backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

The Neighborhood:

Your home away from home is located in one of the most diverse cities in the U.S., Irving, Texas. You’ll be conveniently located just 5.2 miles from DFW Airport, 14 miles to downtown Dallas, and 9 miles from the AT&T Stadium.



In addition to the many amazing attractions offered in the nearby major cities, Irving has plenty to see and do itself. You’ll be close to nature with lots of parks and lakes nearby. Running Bear Park features ponds and a creek and is just a 2 miles drive or 10-minute walk away! Beautiful Irving lake is also just 3 miles away. For some great family fun, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark is located 7.5 miles away. Be wowed by the human oddities at Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, 4 miles away in neighboring Grand Prairie. You can also pay a visit to the first ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 6.9 miles away. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days!



You’ll also be 5.5 miles to Irving Convention Center, as well as our very own entertainment hub, The Toyota Music Factory. The soul of the entire DFW Metroplex, it features an open-air pavilion for live music, along with a movie theater, restaurants, and bars. In this same area, you’ll also find Lake Carolyn and the Mandalay Canal walk, a peaceful and charming section of Las Colinas. It’s the perfect gathering spot for those wanting to take a break from all the sight-seeing! And while you’re here, be sure not to miss the Mustangs of Las Colinas bronze sculpture and museum.

We are a cozy home in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood in irving. Our home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants!! The best part about our location is that we live less than a half a mile away from the main avenue!!! Making it really easy to find lots of shopping centers and restaurants to enjoy with your friends and family!!

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. We allow house-trained pets for a $150 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation in the section where guests are also registered. Please pick up any waste from your pets, particularly from the backyard.



- NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS -



We encourage you to enjoy our home, but please remember that only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. If you're uncertain about whether your stay falls within these guidelines, please consult with us before booking.



- ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS -



Our nightly rate covers the first six guests. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged.



- ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS



The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively, to accommodate their sleeping arrangements.



- ENTERTAINMENT -



All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you.



- NO INDOOR SMOKING -



Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.

Please note that the pool and the kiddie pool are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.



As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.



The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.

- LANDSCAPING -



The landscaper goes once a week.



- SECURITY CAMERAS -



For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.



- HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS -



Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.



- PEST CONTROL -



This home features a garden area. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. We strive to keep the house clean and have monthly pest control measures in place.



Please note our fireplace in the master bedroom is not active.



Our storage is in the backyard of the house, we might need to go there once every other day; we will let you know beforehand.
