The Space:
Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.
Nestled on a quiet street, your temporary home have everything you need. The grand brick exterior and large manicured front lawn offer a great first impression as you first pull up. Feel free to park in the 3-car garage to protect your car from the hot Texas sun. Inside, you’ll be able to enjoy the beauty of nature that surrounds the home through the large windows. With tons of natural light, an open concept, and high ceilings, the home is bright, open, and spacious!
The beautiful décor and modern furniture come together to create a welcoming atmosphere to make you feel right at home. The front of the home contains a formal dining area perfect for enjoying meals together as a group. The large open living area has high ceilings open to the upper level. You’ll love hanging out here as a group around the fireplace, as you relax on the cozy furniture and watch TV, play games, or make new memories.
The spacious kitchen is open to the living room so everyone can still be together even if someone’s in the kitchen preparing a fresh meal. You’ll love this kitchen with built-in appliances, lots of counter space and cupboards, and everything you need whether you’re doing your own cooking or simply enjoying takeout from delicious local restaurants. There is also a large breakfast area in the kitchen offering yet another great spot to have your meals.
The 5 bedrooms are huge offering plenty of space for your whole group to comfortably spread out. They all contain comfy beds covered with luxurious linens, allowing you to truly relax and get a good night’s rest after a day of fun-filled activities. The main bedroom even has a door leading out to the large balcony. It’s an ideal spot to get some time to yourself to unwind before bed or to get some quiet moments first thing in the morning. The 4 bathrooms are nice, clean, and offer tons of room. The master bath has a soaking tub, walk in shower, and a large vanity.
Last but not least, the stunning backyard is beautifully designed and landscaped. It’s completely private with lots of trees all around, making you feel like you’re in your own personal oasis. There is a covered patio area with seating and a BBQ, perfect for outdoor entertaining. Set back further in the yard is a bright blue pool to cool off in. Our back yard gate leads directly to the official Rowlett Nature Hiking Trail! 4 minutes walk from Lake Ray Hubbard!

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in a highly sought-after neighborhood in Rowlett, your vacation home will be in a growing up-scale community, located right 8 minutes WALK from Lake Ray Hubbard, our back yard gate leads directly to the official Rowlett Nature Hiking Trail! You’ll also be 40 minutes to DFW Airport and just 25 to downtown Dallas.
You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens and Dallas World Aquarium. You also can’t miss checking out Reunion Tower — it looks especially spectacular at night!
Closer to Rowlett, the Wet Zone Waterpark is 8 minutes away, offering a fun destination for the whole family, and the Waterview Golf Club is just 15 minutes away. There are also tons of green spaces. The Rowlett Creek Preserve (located 8 minutes away) offers a 15.6-mile-long trail and allows hikers to create paths ranging from one to 15 miles long. Also 8 minutes away and situated on 6.4 acres of land, Lakeside Park is a recreational area that features hiking trails that wrap around the lake.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something
you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★
We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.
You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.
If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★
Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

Please note that due to our beautiful natural surroundings, you may encounter some local wildlife during your stay, including raccoons, opossums, coyotes, squirrels and snakes.
★ NO STREET PARKING ★
No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum cars allowed are 3 cars in the garage and 3 cars in the driveway.
★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.
★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★
Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.
★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★
One of our fireplace is gas operated and the other one is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
