"There was an undisclosed prior to arrival, $6 per day fee. It is unclear what that fee was for. The elevator was broken. It seems like it had been broken for a while. They said a phone was dropped down the elevator shaft and broke the elevator. They said the part would be there Monday but that seems like they probably have been saying that for a while now. This made getting luggage to the room a big hassle. Breakfast was good. Doors in the room to the bathroom were VERY narrow"

"This property was just lovely. We were there for a sisters' reunion. Two came from Michigan, one came from Australia, I came from North Carolina, and one sister lives in North Manchester. We all loved the house, the little niceties, the expansive yard with over sized fire pit. The host provided clear information and answered all communication rapidly. I highly recommend this property."

"We enjoyed the historic setting and understand the challenges of maintaining such a site. The house is unique and of interest. Everyone enjoyed the setting. Cons: One of the showers had a very low flow rate. We were also infested with wasps inside. We killed many! The kitchen was well-appointed. The dining area was comfortable. Offer better descriptions of the rooms. Two bedrooms shared the same shower, separated by adjoining shower doors. Great neighborhood with park near by. Conveniently...

"Very Clean and Cozy. kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal. Keurig/Coffee Maker with coffee and pods. Water in refrigerator was a plus. Bedrooms are upstairs with bathroom downstairs. Clean and very comfortable beds. Fireplace in living room. Side covered porch which was nice to sit and have your coffee or beverages. Very close to Honeywell Center and downtown. This is definitely a 5 star accommodation!"
