Each bed has fresh bed sheets, comforter and plenty of pillows. Each bedroom also has two towel sets (bath towel, hand towel and washcloth) for a total of six sets. An additional two towel sets are placed in the master bathroom/closet.
A hair dryer is placed in the master bathroom under the sink, and an iron with ironing board is in the master closet.

Backyard and Garage:

GUEST ACCESS
Enjoy easy self-check-in with a digital keypad—no fumbling with keys! In the kitchen, you’ll find the garage remote and a key for the patio door and garage door.

Guests have full access to the home, including the garage and backyard, with the exception of the storage closet near the kitchen, which will remain locked. Also, the patio door next to the kitchen shall remain locked. Backyard is accessible through the other patio door, by the living room.

GUEST SAFETY
For your safety and to assist with check-in and property maintenance, the home is equipped with a Ring doorbell at the front door and an outdoor floodlight camera above the garage. Both devices are exterior only and monitor/record activity in the front entry area and driveway.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
I prefer to give my guests privacy — you’ll have the place to yourselves — but I'm available by message, text, or call if you need anything. I typically check in with guests a day or two after arrival to make sure everything’s going smoothly.
If necessary, I can come to the property (I live a short drive away).

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS
• Please do a quick sweep for personal belongings, including under beds and inside drawers.
• Checkout time is 11:00 AM. Our cleaning team will arrive promptly at 11:15 AM.
• Please place all trash in the designated trash cans.
• Please clean any dirty dishes.
• Close and lock garage and patio door. Make sure the sliding gate for the driveway is closed. Leave the following items on kitchen counter: (1) garage remote; (2) sliding gate remote and (3) patio door key.
• Turn off all lights. Close all blinds.
• No other checkout chores required! You do not need to strip beds or start laundry. I simply ask that you leave the home in a generally tidy condition.
