Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing due to both the misleading listing and the poor condition of the home. We encountered roaches inside, stained bedding, and bathrooms that were clearly not cleaned, with possible mold present. Doors to both the bathroom and bedrooms would not close properly, compromising privacy. Dining chairs were stained, the kitchen sink fixture was loose, and the refrigerator seal was broken, affecting its ability to stay cold. We had to purchase towels, wipes, and even flip flops to shower safely, since the bathrooms felt unsanitary. Much of our time was spent cleaning and sweeping, which should have been done before arrival.The listing photos were misleading. They were brightened to hide flaws, there are NO bathroom images. Advertised towel sets were not provided; we only found two towels under sinks, one with dead bugs. Bath wash bottles were nearly empty and diluted with water. Wi-Fi did not work, and the wrong network info was given. The front curtain fell apart when opened, the mirror had stains, and the flooring showed water damage. Rugs were worn and not as pictured, and the backyard was overgrown and unusable.Ultimately, we checked out a day early and stayed with friends instead. This property was unsanitary, poorly maintained, and misrepresented online. We strongly advise future guests to avoid this rental until significant improvements are made and the listing is updated to reflect reality.
