The property features:

Master Bedroom: A peaceful retreat featuring a king-size bed with a medium firmness memory foam cooling mattress for optimal comfort. The room boasts a vaulted ceiling and includes nightstands with lamps equipped with USB charging ports for your convenience. The en-suite bathroom offers a separate shower and soaking tub, along with premium bath products for a spa-like experience. Ample closet space is available for your belongings. (Floor 2)

Guest Bedrooms: Two cozy rooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed and featuring nightstands with lamps that include USB charging ports for easy phone charging. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a TV and DVD player, though it does not have live or streaming capabilities; guests are welcome to bring their own streaming device to connect. These rooms share a well-appointed full bathroom with a bathtub shower combo, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. (Floor 2)

Home Office Space: For guests needing a dedicated workspace, our home features a comfortable office area with an L-shaped desk and cushioned office chair. Located in a nook on the second floor near Bedroom 3, this space overlooks the living room, offering a serene environment for work or study. (Floor 2)

Living Area: A spacious open-plan area with a large electric reclining sectional sofa, perfect for lounging while enjoying your favorite streaming content or live TV on the Roku TV. The sofa can also comfortably sleep one person. The room features an additional reclining chair, an electric fireplace for added warmth and ambiance, along with high ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural sunlight. A large oversized ceiling fan ensures optimal airflow. For a cozy evening indoors, board games and blankets are provided. For those who like to stay active, free weights and resistance bands are stored in the closet for exercise. (Floor 1)

Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including a new refrigerator with filtered ice and water dispenser, and a kitchen island featuring two barstools for casual dining. The dining area seats six, perfect for home-cooked meals or entertaining. For your convenience, bottled water, basic condiments, and a Keurig machine with complimentary K-cups are provided for your morning coffee. (Floor 1)

Outdoor Space: A private patio with a TV for streaming shows or music, a dining table with two chairs, and two lounge chairs for relaxation. The small fenced-in turf backyard provides a secure area for outdoor and dog activities. Accent lighting with color-changing options above the patio creates the perfect ambiance for evenings outdoors.

Pet-Friendly Amenities: Our home is designed to accommodate your furry friends comfortably. We provide two cozy dog beds for their rest and relaxation. For their convenience, there’s a doggie door that gives them easy access to the fenced-in backyard with artificial turf, perfect for bathroom breaks any time of day. In the dining room, you’ll find dog bowls ready for use, and the refrigerator is equipped with a filtered water dispenser for fresh drinking water. As a special treat, we also include some dog treats to welcome your pets to their home away from home.

Additional Amenities: High-speed mesh wifi throughout the home (up to 500Mbps), free weights and resistance bands for exercise, a full-size washer and dryer, a convenient half-bath on the main floor, and an attached garage with space for one vehicle.

Our townhome is situated in a friendly suburb called Irving, near the Las Colinas area. The neighborhood offers a seasonal community swimming pool, a dog park, and a children’s playground, all within a short walk. Centrally located in the DFW metroplex, the home provides convenient access to both DFW and DAL airports, the DART train station, Hwy 161/George Bush Turnpike, and the Toyota Music Factory, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.

For guests flying into DFW Airport, consider saving on ground transportation by taking the DART train Orange Line from the airport (Terminal A) to Belt Line Station, which is just one stop away. From there, our home is just a few minutes by rideshare, offering a convenient and cost-effective option. DART rail tickets cost $2-$3 per person and can be purchased at a kiosk or on the GoPass app. While the DART is also available from Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL), please note that the travel time is much longer and may be less convenient. However, it could be a good option if you’re looking to sightsee around Dallas or have some time to spare before checking in.

Guests will have full access to the majority of the home during their stay, including the living area, kitchen (excluding the pantry), bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, and outdoor spaces. Please note that the pantry and upstairs hallway closet are reserved for our cleaning crew to store supplies and linens and are not accessible to guests. We strive to ensure a private and comfortable experience for our guests, so please feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all the other amenities and spaces the property has to offer. Neighborhood is located off Highway 161 (President George Bush Turnpike) Belt Line Rd exit. Parking is available for 1 car in the garage, 2 cars in the driveway, and additional street parking.
Our house rules are in-place to ensure both guests and neighbors have a pleasant disturbance-free environment. Some rules are also HOA requirements and can have additional violation fees. Please ensure your group abides by all rules to avoid a violation:

• No guests are allowed other than those noted on the reservation (additional guests must be approved by the host, or fees will apply)
• Absolutely no parties, large gatherings, or loud music (walls are shared by a fellow neighbor)
• Please do not move around any furniture in the home
• Keep backyard noise level to a minimum since our fellow neighbor’s windows overlook the backyard
• All pets must be noted on the reservation prior to arrival (max 2)
• Please keep pet barking to a minimum
• Pets must only use the restroom outside
• Pets are not allowed in the pool area
• Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 8:00am ($150 fee applied for noise complaints)
• No overnight trailer or RV parking
• Pool access is only for those guests listed on the reservation
• Please be respectful to all neighbors and keep our neighborhood clean and free of all trash and pet-waste including yards, sidewalks, street, dog-park, and pool areas
• Any use of exercise equipment is solely at your own risk
