Big D Dallas Home : Hot Tub, Fire pit, large yard

Welcome to our Big D Dallas home. The brand new home is located less than 10 minutes from down town Dallas close to Dallas zoo. It has 4 bedrooms , Large living area, kitchen with all basic supplies, appliances ,utensils and washer, dryer, EV charger and 2 Closed garage parking . The home has large yard with HOT Tub, Firepit, Swings and Seating area. The home is styled with modern new furniture in black, white and Cognac themes.

There are total 4 bedrooms :
1. Bedroom 1 King bed with Smart TV
2. Bedroom 2 : 2 Queen beds with Smart TV
3. Bedroom 3 : Very large Master bedroom with attached bath : 3 Queen beds
4. Bedroom 4 : 2 Queen beds.

All bedroom has plenty of closet space. 2 pairs of washer and dryers in the garage.

The living room has a Movie projectors Sofa's, Swings.

The kitchen is fully loaded with stove, microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Oven, Sliver ware, Pots and pans and all basic cooking supplies.

The backyard is too big it has swings, seating area, firepit., Heavy jetted 5 seater hot tub and Grill.

Electric 220 V Charge port for any Electric vehicle. BYOC

Three House Rules -
1. No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

2. Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

3. First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM

There will be 3 surveillance camera's in the front, back, side yards on exterior side, one ring door bell at front door of the property. The 3 exterior camera’s viewpoints are the 1st one to monitor the front side of the house,2nd camera view point is monitor the backside of property and the 3rd camera view point is monitor side yard of the property. The ring door bell is monitor people at front door.
