We’ve designed this home with comfort, cleanliness, and relaxation in mind. To ensure every guest has a five-star experience, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following house rules:

• No Parties or Events:
This is a peaceful space meant for relaxation not large gatherings. Unauthorized parties will result in a $500 fine and may lead to immediate removal from the property and/or involvement of local authorities.

• Pet Policy: All pets will need to be added to the reservation. Pet fee to be paid at time of the booking.

• No Smoking Indoors:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. You’re welcome to smoke on the back porch only. Please discard cigarette butts properly in provided containers. Violation of this policy will result in a $300 cleaning fee.

• Makeup & Linens:
We provide soft white sheets for your comfort. Please use the black towels provided for makeup removal to avoid stains. Makeup-damaged linens may result in additional cleaning or replacement fees.

• Quiet Hours:
Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

• Guest Count:
Only the number of guests listed on your reservation are allowed on the property. Unauthorized visitors may lead to additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.

• Check-Out is at 10:00 AM:
Requests for late check-out are welcome but must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Approved late check-outs may incur a prorated fee to allow time for proper cleaning and preparation for our next guests.
