There is a maximum number of 10 guests for the space (the 10 max applies to casual daytime visitors, not the amount of guests booked). The appropriate place to park vehicles is in the garage, driveway and in front of the house. Guests must not cause excessive noise or play loud music period. Prohibited substances are not allowed and
smoking in prohibited inside and outside the house.
