"Staff is very friendly and proactive. Unfortunately we faced an issue with the room key that was not fixed as expected. Our luggage was kept alone in our room, unlocked, without any supervision during the whole day and when we came back to the hotel late at night we had to move everything to a new room without any support and we still had to wait for the new room to be defined.
