"Price was very reasonable and responsiveness of owner excellent. Bed was comfortable and living area met our needs well. A couple of hiccups that would improve the property. Several areas in the ceiling of the bedroom 2nd floor below the open-air deck had hanging paint and plaster dangling from obvious prior ceiling water leaks. "The room itself was very clean and I appreciated the attention to details like the vacuumed couch and karate chopped pillows! There's not much privacy in any part of the room- would be awkward if traveling with friends. It's a prime location, being just a 30 minute walk from Panther Pavillion and even closer to good bars/restaurants. "This is an OLD apartment that smelled like old mop bucket water (someone left a can of air freshnser). The walls were dirty, the front door had a half inch gap. The floors had gaps in the bathroom (potential tripping hazard. The stairs to the property are clearly out of code in 2025. I nearly fell several times because my foot (12's) were too long for the short clearance. There is parking, but its very tight... so a large vehicle wont fit.The location was great in regards to access to all of...
