"Very good accommodation set in rain forest"

"Right in the rainforest. This place is a great escape and has its own swimming holes. Restaurant was reasonably priced given its remoteness and with good portion sizes. Room was airy and lots of space to move around. "

"We had a great stay. George the owner is very proud of his property and showed us all around his gardens. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Very convenient to Daintree Discovery Center. All damage from the December 2023 “extreme rain event” have been repaired. Don’t hesitate to book. You can have breakfast and dinner at the hotel cafe. Otherwise, there are very limited restaurant options, and no markets nearby, so stock up before you get on the ferry, either at Mossman or Port Douglas....

"Oaks Resort overall was good, unfortunately the towels and sheets were dirty, but the hotel staff were fabulous and organised house keeping to replace the towels and change the sheets very promptly. The pool area was fabulous as was the gardens surrounding Oaks Resort. We would no hesitate to stay there again. "

"O hotel do tipo Caraíbas onde tudo é excluído!! Não dispõe de sauna, nem de banho turco, as tendas junto às piscinas custam 50$ dia, a praia é lindíssima mas não se pode tomar banho, devido aos crocodilos de água salgada."

"The staff were absolutely wonderful. Professional, friendly and knowledgable. The food was exceptional. Fresh, tasty, innovative and in excellent portions. The Ecolodge was a great place to start our day and a cool, comfortable refuge at the end of the day's activities.The location despite being in the Daintree was very accessble to tours, restaurants and shopping- for us. Ee recommend the Ecolodge without hesitation."

"Hotel todo reformado, áreas espaçosas, uma boa piscina com bar, quadra de tênis e mesa de sinuca. O quarto (ficamos em um apartamento com 2 quartos) é bem grande com área de estar e sacada amplos e banheiro com hidromassagem. Sugestão: procure quartos no térreo que tem saída direta para a piscina."
