The apartment has two bedrooms, both with TVs—one bedroom features a double bed measuring 180 x 210 cm, and the second bedroom also has a double bed (the beds can be separated into two single beds). Electric blinds—found in every room of the apartment—ensure a comfortable night’s sleep in both bedrooms. The apartment also features a living/dining room with a bright, open kitchen (kitchen countertop height: 103 cm) and direct access to the south-west-facing terrace. In addition to the toilet in the beautiful, spacious shower room with natural light, a mirror cabinet, and a barrier-free shower, a separate guest restroom is available. The washing machine is located in the apartment’s storage room. The apartment’s private parking space is right next to the building. Here, if needed, you can charge your electric vehicle for a fee at the charging station that belongs to the apartment.
