"What an amazing stay! Our family rented the two villas on the hill for our daughter’s wedding at Montaluce Winery. The pictures don’t do the properties justice. The architecture and decor is completely Tuscan themed. The furnishings are clean and comfortable. HOWEVER THE VIEW STEALS THE SHOW. Gorgeous! We found the price very reasonable considering we housed 6 people in each villa, which would be 3 hotel rooms rented. "

"Too bad we didn´t manage to use our reservation. Our kid tested positive to Covid on the morning before the check in day, so in respect to others we did not go and lost the whole reservation. We contacted the hotel and they said that nothing that they could do about it.. Too bad.."

"Let me say this is remote. Not a few miles from town. Bring supplies with you. No wifi or tv. If you have T-Mobile you will not have service. My husband has Verizon and had service the whole time. This is why we stayed here though. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Lots of fireflies too. Communication with Anna was fantastic. Everything was super clean, inside and out. "This was our second year at the River Estate at Toccoa and we had another amazing stay. This place is perfect for grandparents, children, spouses, and grandkids to get away. There’s plenty of room. The heated hot tub pool and sauna were perfect when the weather was a bit chilly. The house was well stocked. "The property was great, excellent location. Close and convenient to town whether walking or driving. Enjoyed our time outside, tubing down the river and stopping "at home" on the way down or just watching others flow by, played corn hole, had a fire and s'mores, cooked and dined outside, relaxed on the swing and read, watched TV outside, etc. We only had a couple of items that could be improved on. There was only one hair dryer that was on the wall in one of the bathrooms, none in the bathroom...
