This luxe cottage is the perfect fit for a couples getaway, or a small group seeking solitude in the mountains, yet still being in the heart of "wine country" and all the mountain activities that Dahlonega has to offer. With attention to detail and the ideal indoor-outdoor living design, this home was crafted to provide the ingredients for a unique Dahlonega vacation. The vaulted ceilings in the living room, rock fireplace, natural light, and chef's kitchen with a gas range make for a perfect weekend. Step outside to enjoy the hot tub, custom fire pit, and covered porch with a tv, coming together to give you the ideal space to enjoy the great outdoors. This is the only home on a 35-acre estate, giving you plenty of room to stretch your legs and breathe in some mountain air.
The primary bedroom features a King bed and an ensuite bathroom, and the secondary bedroom provides a Queen bed with a bathroom nearby.

Important things to know:
• Dogs are allowed with our pet fee of $85 plus tax per pet. If you've added pets to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional pets after booking. If your dog weighs more than 20lbs, please contact us before booking.
• There is a $27 damage protection waiver included in the base rate for this property. It covers guests for up to $500 in accidental damages if a guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding $500 will be charged to the guest's payment method.
• We offer travelers insurance if you're worried you may have to cancel your trip for any reason. More info can be found at the end of the listing description.
• Our cabin has a Ninja coffee pot that can be used as a regular pot or with K-cups. We provide ground coffee and K-cups.
• We have firewood available on-site to purchase for $10 per bundle (including tax). We can also arrange a delivery of 50 pieces for $60 (including tax) if you let us know 7 days before your stay. Please message us if you are interested.
• We provide propane for the grill.
• There is not a washer and dryer available on the property.
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $20 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we can make an exception, the fee is $20 per hour.
• The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days before your stay.
