"Overall the place is quite quaint. The proximity to the water, and screened porch made hanging out at the house one of the best parts of the stay. However, the overwhelming smell of moth balls as we entered the house caused us to almost turn around and leave. "We had the pleasure of staying here for a mini getaway. Just a couple of nights. Everything about it was perfect! The condo was spacious, clean, and the decor was lovely. The view of the river and pier was amazing and the patio was actually large enough to enjoy it (see photos). Most notably for me though was that the bed and pillows were so darn comfy! The screened in porch on first floor had everything you need for the beach and the pool (chairs/towels/toys/beach cart/floats). Size was perfect for 2 couples and a child.
