The extensively renovated former inn, which is almost 200 years old, has been beautifully modernised and now offers a wonderful stay for large families and sophisticated travel groups. The house has been renovated in the style of a mountain pasture, in keeping with the view of the Kyll, horse and cow pastures to the rear. The property is expected to be available from June 2021 after completion of all measures. However, we encourage an early arrangement/reservation for this. A large south-facing sun terrace is at your disposal. Next to it there is a large panoramic hot tub (wood-heated whirlpool) and a wood-heated outdoor sauna with a view of the valley. In the house, a large and modern kitchen of gastronomic standard invites passionate cooks among you to spoil your fellow travellers with culinary delicacies.
The beautiful and cosy lounge with billiards and table football and a large flat-screen TV leaves nothing to be desired. There is also a dining area with plenty of seating. Directly adjacent is the equally cosy former beer bar with beer tap. The beautifully renovated rooms (all with double beds 140cm or 180cm wide) are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the house. Some of them have their own shower/WC. Towels and bed linen as well as ancillary costs such as electricity, gas and water are included for the duration of your stay, subject to normal usage. The final cleaning is also included in the rental price if the apartment is returned swept clean. The house is in a central location at the entrance to the village, within walking distance of the historic village centre and Lake Kronenburg. The Eifel spring trail adjoins the property and the famous Kyll cycle path is only 500 metres away.
The municipality of Dahlem charges an accommodation tax for tourist accommodation. This must be demanded by us separately from the rental prices stated here on site and paid to the municipality of Dahlem. If you have any questions, please contact the municipality of Dahlem directly.
The house is a strictly non-smoking accommodation!
