A 6th-floor studio at Bayani Hall, laid out as one open room with a private bathroom.

The sleeping area sits along one wall — a queen bed with an upholstered headboard, fresh linens, and a bedside lamp. Corner windows run the length of the adjacent wall with sheer drapes and blackout curtains, and the aircon unit is fitted below them. There's a full-length mirror beside the windows.

Facing the bed is a low media console with a Smart TV, and a desk and chair tucked into the corner by the window — a good spot to work or eat. Outlets are plentiful, including beside the bed.

The kitchen corner has a refrigerator, induction cooker and pan, rice cooker, microwave, and electric kettle, plus cookware, plates, glasses, cutlery and a dish rack. Drinking water is provided. A small dining table seats two.

The bathroom is private, with a hot and cold shower, toiletries, and fresh towels for every guest.

The unit sleeps up to 4 — the queen bed plus an extra foam mattress. Cabinet space and hangers are provided for longer stays.

Entry is by RFID card, which also works for the building elevator.
