My check in was late and was all according the forecast and due the hour the owner offered an excellent fruit dish. I love it. "The Hampton Inn at Maui was the worst hotel I stayed in all Hawaii. Apart being a very basic hotel, charging a resort fee for almost nothing, with a less than poor breakfast, 300 dollars simply “disappeared” from my safe box in my room! The manager don’t even contacted me about!! Finally, at a more than confusing checkout, they said made 12 (twelve!!) charge entries on my credit card until finally reaching the right number (which was much more than what was said when I checked in!).
