𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲: 650m walk to the beach, the room has cozy design and full furnishings, with a lovely terrace and free use laundry space. We are the newest building in the most crowded area in My Khe beach area, quite neighborhood and surrounded by ranges of services around.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞: The room is designed to be stylist, full furniture with kitchen, smart tivi, suitable for an escape away.

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞:
- Bike/car rental: Guests can contact me to rent bikes or cars.
- Pick up service: Guests can hire a driver to take them to anywhere by cars.
- FREE laundry space: guests can use our laundry space on the rooftop, the detergent is provided.
- Free cleaning service: we offer 1 time/3 days make up room service without charge, if guests request, there is a small extra fee for the cleaner.
- PETS friendly: As much as we love our furry friends, we do require to know their presence in advance, and an extra cleaning fee for our cleaner.
- Non-smoking building: the only smoking spot is on the rooftop.

𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬: Our guests is welcome to use the common spaces including:
- Laundry area with a washing machine and a tumbler drier
- A rooftop garden with furniture for gathering
- An indoor parking lot at the first floor
- First aid
- Elevator
