I cherished the idea of ​​this villa for a year — designed it and built it for another year.
With many years of experience hosting guests on Airbnb, I am confident that this is a beautiful Airbnb villa that brings a unique new breeze in Hoi An. King will bring you the best memories in Hoi An:
1. King boasts a location outside of a resort: Just steps from the beach, with stunning ocean views. King allows you to easily walk to restaurants, supermarkets and spas — all in just a minute.

2. The swimming pool is the most impressive highlight of King. With a safe Salt Electrolysis filtration system for users, the swimming pool offers a classy experience:

6. Kitchen: The kitchen space is not too large, with a fully equipped kitchen. A lovely kitchen island and a dining table for 12 people with full high-class amenities such as cups, plates, knives, forks, chopsticks, wine glasses... This space is adjacent to the living room, providing a spacious overall space. The kitchen has a view of the garden and swimming pool.

7. Laundry: There are washing machines, dryers, laundry detergent, fabric softener, steam irons. You will not have to worry about clothes during your vacation. It is easy to have clean and fresh clothes like at home.

8. Bedroom: This is the most comfortable place in King Villa. Each bedroom is very spacious, equipped with high-quality mattresses, silk bed sheets according to 5-star standards. Each bedroom has its own sign with different decorations, but the similarities will be: King-sized bed, high-quality spring mattress 30cm thick in European style, private bathroom in each bedroom, private balcony or window in each bedroom, natural light flooded with many large glass doors.

Total privacy: The villa is completely private for your stay. I will contact you a day before your arrival to provide detailed check-in instructions. You will have the flexibility to open the door and check in yourself, making it feel like your own home in Hoi An.

Submit passport: According to Vietnam residency law, I will need a photo of your passport to register your stay with the local authorities. Rest assured, your personal information will be kept completely confidential by a professional Airbnb host with the highest standards of security and privacy in the global Airbnb community.
Arrival and Departure:
Start your Hoi An stay from 2:00pm. Check out at 11:00am. If you arrive early or require a later departure, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your needs.
