Our terrace is designed as an outdoor space for guests such as: gathering, relaxing, enjoying beer, coffee or holding a small party, watching the night view.

You need space for exercise: 15m distance from our house is a gym center with modern equipment or every early morning you can join the jogging community, bike ride with local people along Nguyen Van Linh street, Han River, Son Tra or bathing at My Khe beach.
You do not worry about transportation, you can take a bus, taxi, motor taxi ... anytime you want because our house located in the center of the city or you can rent a motorbike with the suitable price ($ 5/day) here.
You want to rent a car, buy a ticket to Ba Na Hill, Hoi An, Cu Lao Cham tours ... we can assist you with a more favorable purchase price.
We have free motorbike parking space for guests.
If guests need assistances from our house and relevant issues, please let us know, we are willing to help and assist in our capacity.
Smokers are welcome but you'll need to use the terrace or balcony. If you have pets please mention them in your message and we will consider if we can accommodate. We're generally pet friendly. We're pretty flexible on check in/check out as long as you let us know in advance.
We can exchange experiences, learn more about cultures and become travel buddies maybe:). We'll do our best to bring you the most comfortable. You'll like the uniqueness, quietness, freedom and spirit of our place.
