Nestled in a quiet alley off Phan Châu Trinh Street—known as Hoi An’s charming “French street” (next door to Thắng Lợi Hand-made Silk Showroom), our home offers a serene escape with effortless access to the vibrant rhythms of local life. Foods, River Front, Shops, Galleries and Cultural events, everything is just within a few minute walk from the house.

INTERIOR
The house is a graceful fusion of Indochina designs from Hoi An and Hue - Vietnam's former imperial capital, offering the guests a nostalgic journey to the past while still enjoying the comfort of modern living.

Bao An Home features three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table — ideal for family stays or gatherings with friends.
For the pleasure of other guests after you, we kindly ask for your assistance with the following:

🔌 Be mindful with electricity usage
• Please turn off the electricity, air-conditioner, and other appliances when you are not on property.

🛁 Using towels for their intended purpose
• Towels for personal use only
• Please do not use towels to wipe your feet or clean the floor.

🧹 Maintaining general cleanliness
• Collect garbage and place them in the designated area after use - see check-out instructions
• Please retain from dropping or spilling food or water on the floor, on furniture, on bed and anywhere inside the house.

👣 Respecting the space
• Please take good care of the furniture and fixtures.

🔇 Quiet
• Please be considerate and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 9:00 PM.
