"Quarto limpo, porém com vazamento no teto, equipe gentil. Tive que pagar uma taxa extra no hotel pois a minha reserva pelo aplicativo dizia que teria um sofá cama para meus filhos adolescentes, mas na verdade era apenas um sofá pequeno ( 2 lugares ), o que ficava inviável dormir . Visto isso, o valor total do hotel ficou muito acima do que eu havia previsto para gastar. "
