Weser Residential Park, House 9

The house is integrated into a residential complex with only 11 terraced houses. House 9 offers three bedrooms, a living/dining room with a modern kitchenette, pellet stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and hob, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a second refrigerator. There is a bathroom with shower, a separate WC with shower, a storage room, and a furnished, glass-covered terrace with a beach chair and privacy screen. Internet access is available.

A garage and parking space are included, as well as an additional outdoor storage room of approximately 9 m². The living space is approximately 80 m² on the ground and upper floors. There are six beds for adults (two bedrooms with two double beds each) and a children's room with bunk beds. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV, and the bedrooms now also have electric shutters. A safety gate is permanently installed at the top of the stairs inside the house. All rooms have tiled or vinyl flooring. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available outside during the high season.

Covered bicycle parking facilities are available on the property.
